Shipping Policy


At Treasures n Beyond, we understand that you’re excited to receive your order. We request you to please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are delivered to across all locations of India.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days 

  • Products are shipped through reliable courier partners, depending on service availability at the delivery location.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 across India. Orders below ₹1,000 will incur additional shipping charges. 

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on the destination address and courier service.

  • While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

    • Festivals

    • Natural disasters

    • Strikes

    • Courier service disruptions

Courier Responsibility

  • Once the order is dispatched, Treasures n Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused during transit.

    ~ Please do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.

Customer Availability

  • Customers are requested to be available on the provided contact number at the time of delivery.

  • If delivery fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or incorrect contact details, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged once the product is returned to us.

  • Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Payments & Refunds

  • Any discounts or coupons used (including partial payment or deferred payment offers) are non-refundable in case the order is rejected or not accepted at delivery.

  • This amount is used to compensate for shipping and return logistics costs.

Urgent or Special Delivery Requests

  • Any urgent delivery or special shipping instructions must be communicated to us before 48hrs(2days) of placing the order.

  • Such requests will be entertained only after confirmation from our team.
