Shipping Policy

At Treasures n Beyond, we understand that you’re excited to receive your order. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across all serviceable locations in India.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Products are shipped through reliable courier partners, depending on service availability at the delivery location.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 across India.

  • Orders below ₹999 may include additional shipping charges, shown at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the destination address and courier service.

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Courier service delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, even if they have not yet been dispatched, as our 3D-printed and metal products are crafted or prepared after the order is received.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Courier Responsibility

  • Once an order is dispatched, Treasures n Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

  • We are not liable for damage caused during transit.

  • Please do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.

  • If you accept a damaged parcel, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Customer Availability

  • Customers are requested to be available on the provided contact number at the time of delivery.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or incorrect contact details, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    • Re-shipping can be arranged once the product is returned to us.

    • Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Payments & Refunds

  • Any discounts or coupons used, including partial-payment or deferred-payment offers, are non-refundable if the order is rejected or not accepted at delivery.

  • This amount helps cover shipping and return logistics costs.

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed only according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Urgent or Special Delivery Requests

  • Any urgent delivery or special shipping instructions must be communicated to us at least 48 hours (2 days) before placing the order.

  • Such requests will be considered only after confirmation from our team.
