Refund policy

At Treasures n Beyond, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

  • All products eligible for return or exchange must be unusedunworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, invoices, and accessories.

  • Products must be securely packed in a sturdy box or package to prevent damage during transit.

  • Any product returned in a used, damaged, dirty, or altered condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 Raise a Request

  • All return or exchange requests must be raised via email at:

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect item received.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, customers may:

    • Choose an alternative product of equal value, or

    • Wait until the product is back in stock.

  • Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests will be entertained only for products purchased directly from Treasures n Beyond

Shipping Charges

  • All shipping charges for returns or exchanges (to and from Treasures n beyond) will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service or India Post.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved by Treasures n Beyond:

    • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.

    • Shipping charges, order processing fees, packaging costs, transaction fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

   - Non-Returnable Items-

  • Products purchased during discount sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a product description mentions “No Return / No Exchange”, the same will be strictly followed.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Such orders can be re-shipped once received back by us.

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by customer.

     Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier.
