Refund policy
At Treasures n Beyond, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
All products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, invoices, and accessories.
Products must be securely packed in a sturdy box or package to prevent damage during transit.
Any product returned in a used, damaged, dirty, or altered condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Raise a Request
All return or exchange requests must be raised via email at:
Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect item received.
If a replacement product is unavailable, customers may:
Choose an alternative product of equal value, or
Wait until the product is back in stock.
Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests will be entertained only for products purchased directly from Treasures n Beyond
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges for returns or exchanges (to and from Treasures n beyond) will be borne by the customer.
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service or India Post.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.
In rare cases where a refund is approved by Treasures n Beyond:
Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges, order processing fees, packaging costs, transaction fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items-
Products purchased during discount sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
If a product description mentions “No Return / No Exchange”, the same will be strictly followed.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Orders returned due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Such orders can be re-shipped once received back by us.
Re-shipping charges will be borne by customer.
Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier.
